Ex-Baltimore State’s Attorney Wraps Testimony in Loan Fraud Case

Federal prosecutors completed their cross-examination of former Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby Thursday morning in Greenbelt, Md., where she faces two counts of making false statements on a loan application.

Mosby admitted that she knew she and her then-husband, Baltimore City Council President Nick J. Mosby, had a tax liability when she submitted a loan application for a vacation property in Kissimmee, Fla. But she maintains that she didn’t believe she had anything to disclose and that she believed the form to be accurate when she read and signed it.
