A former product manager is suing Aon Service Corp. and Aon Advantage Funds LLC alleging race and gender discrimination in violation of federal, state, and municipal laws.
Juliet Njeru, a 41-year-old Black woman, was employed by Aon as a product manager from April 2021 until her termination in January 2024.
