New York Public Radio and former All Things Considered host Jami Floyd agreed to settle her claims that the station discriminated and retaliated against her because she’s Black.
Floyd and the station settled for an undisclosed amount after mediation, according to a notice filed Thursday with the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
