A former senior account manager for Crown Equipment Corp. agreed to drop his age discrimination lawsuit against the company on Friday.
Art Hoffmeyer and his former employer jointly agreed to dismiss the November 2024 lawsuit with prejudice from the US District Court for the Western District of Michigan, Judge Hala Y. Jarbou said in a dismissal order. The parties reached an undisclosed settlement at a July conference, Magistrate Judge Maarten Vermaat said in a July 22 order.
