Evolve Bank Data Breach Class Actions Consolidated in Tennessee

Twenty-two proposed class actions alleging Evolve Bank & Trust negligently failed to protect the personal information of more than 7 million customers that was exposed in a May data breach were consolidated in a Tennessee federal court.
