Record producer Eskupe has dismissed his copyright infringement lawsuit against Warner Records and recording artist Phora over songs performed by the rapper.
Adrian Velasquez, known by his stage name Eskupe, filed a stipulation of dismissal without prejudice on Nov. 13, and the case was dismissed Wednesday by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha of the US District Court for the Central District of California. None of the parties immediately responded to requests for comment.
