Ernst & Young Employee Says Harassment Complaint Led to Firing

A former receptionist for Ernst & Young is suing her ex-employer, alleging that her managers harassed her, calling her “too old” and “too sick” to do her job, and fired her because she complained.

Davanne McCrady, a Black woman who was employed by the Big 4 accounting firm since 1999, said her Los Angeles office supervisors in 2021 stopped making accommodations for a stroke she sustained in 2017.
