Equinox Holdings Inc. must pay $11.25 million in damages to a former trainer after a Manhattan federal jury ruled Tuesday that the luxury gym chain fostered a hostile work environment and fired the trainer based on her race and gender, her attorneys said Tuesday in an emailed press statement.
