A Massachusetts pension fund has sued Radius Global Infrastructure Inc. for records related to the company’s planned $3 billion sale to EQT Partners Inc. and Canada’s Public Sector Pension Investment Board.
The Norfolk County Retirement System, a Radius stockholder, said it believed the company’s board and senior management might have breached fiduciary duty when it agreed to the merger, according to the complaint it filed Wednesday in the Delaware Chancery Court.
