Epstein Becker, Princeton Holdings End Lawsuit Over Fees Dispute

Epstein, Becker & Green PC agreed to drop its suit seeking nearly $900,000 for allegedly unpaid services from its former client Princeton Holdings International Inc.

The law firm and Princeton Holdings in a joint filing on Wednesday asked the US District Court for the District of Columbia to dismiss the case with prejudice. Epstein Becker provided legal services on “various corporate transactional matters” for Princeton Holdings from March 2020 through January 2021, according to the firm’s 2022 complaint.
