Jairus Greene alleged Entergy defamed him by uploading information about the failed tests to a Nuclear Regulatory Commission database, but the company was required to do so and those records weren’t false, the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit said Wednesday. “We will not penalize Entergy for conduct mandated by federal regulation,” the court said.
