Enochian Biosciences Inc. executives and board members failed to disclose the drug-development company co-founder’s criminal history before stock prices sank on recent news that he was arrested for participating in the slaying of a man who accused him of fraud, according to a suit filed in federal court in California.
Enochian and the executives and directors also misrepresented that Serhat Gumrukcu was a doctor and called him the genius inventor of the technology and science behind the company’s product pipeline, shareholder Albert Chow says in the complaint, filed Tuesday.
