Enbridge Pressed on Delay in Moving Michigan AG’s Pipeline Case

An attorney for Enbridge Inc. faced sharp questioning from appeals court judges Thursday who pushed her on why the energy giant waited more than two years to move to federal court a state suit seeking to shut down one of its pipelines in Michigan.

The Sixth Circuit panel never seemed satisfied with Enbridge attorney Alice Loughran’s answers during oral arguments.
