Elon Musk must answer questions under oath from lawyers for two Arizona voters who say the trillionaire misled them into signing a petition from a political group supporting President Donald Trump in the 2024 election, a federal judge in Texas ruled Tuesday.

“His specific involvement is part of the plaintiffs’ claims,” US Magistrate Judge Susan Hightower said at a hearing. “It seems his deposition would be well justified.”
