Convicted Theranos Inc. founder Elizabeth Holmes asked a federal appeals court Wednesday to re-examine her unsuccessful appeal before full 11-judge panel.
Holmes, who was convicted of wire fraud in 2022 over her failed blood testing company, had previously failed to convince a three-judge panel for the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to overturn her conviction in February.
