Effortless Office Sued After Health Group Issues Breach Alert

Effortless Office Enterprises, a managed IT services provider, failed to sufficiently protect its clients’ data from cybercriminals in a 2024 incident, according to five suits in the US District Court for the District of Nevada.

The proposed class actions come after Effortless Office alerted victims earlier this month. Four of the complaints name Nevada Heart & Vascular LLP as a co-defendant or say the plaintiff gave the healthcare provider their data.
