EEOC Sues Utah Subway Franchisee Over Sexual Harassment, Bias

The EEOC sued a Subway franchisee in Utah alleging it discriminated against a former employee by subjecting him to a hostile work environment based on sex and constructively discharging him.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission says that a worker, who was 16 years old at the time, was repeatedly sexually harassed by his supervisor while working at a Subway restaurant owned by Franchise Management LLC in Provo, Utah, according to the lawsuit filed May 16 in the US District Court for the District of Utah.
