EEOC Sues Stellantis Claiming Bias, Harassment at Detroit Plant

The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued FCA US LLC, alleging the automaker violated Title VII by creating and maintaining a sexually hostile work environment at its Detroit Assembly Plant.

The EEOC claims FCA supervisors sexually harassed female production employees Jasmine Harvey and Jasmine Robinson and that FCA, also known as Stellantis, failed to adequately address their complaints.

FCA tolerated severe and pervasive harassment, ignored complaints, failed to investigate claims, and failed to take corrective action, the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, alleges.
