The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is suing a group of nursing and assisted living community companies on behalf of a pregnant ex-employee for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
The EEOC is suing Minnesota- and Wisconsin-based companies, Comforts of Home Holdings LLC; Inver Grove Heights WP LLC, doing business as White Pine Senior Living; and Inver Grove Heights WP II LLC, on behalf of a former activities coordinator at White Pine Senior Living.
