EEOC Sues Indiana Restaurant Over Sex-Based Hostile Environment

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued Bossman Tacos LLC alleging that the restaurant company violated federal employment law by subjecting female employees to a hostile work environment based on their sex.

The EEOC says that Bossman Tacos subjected female employees, including charging parties Cecelia Urbanowicz and Farrah Mata, to severe and pervasive sexual harassment by male cooks, creating a hostile work environment. The harassment included physical touching, sexual comments, and exposing genitals, among other conduct.
