The Results Companies, an online customer-experience strategies firm, has been sued by the EEOC for allegedly failing to provide reasonable accommodations to a blind employee needing screen-reader software to do her job.
In a complaint filed Tuesday at the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said employee Darlamicia Garcia had requested the software when she was hired as a customer experience associate in 2019.
