EEOC Attorney to Testify at Coworker’s Bias Trial Against Agency

The EEOC failed to block one of its attorneys from testifying at a manager’s upcoming trial on whether sex bias caused her to be denied promotion to field director of the agency’s New Orleans office.

The attorney works in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Houston office, where the male district director, who allegedly exhibited sexist behavior toward female employees, also works.
