Najah Abdel-Hakim was offered a position at Children’s Healthcare and requested an accommodation to the company’s requirement that all employees receive the flu vaccine. Abdel-Hakim, who has a severe egg allergy, provided medical documentation supporting her request and information on an option for an egg-free vaccine.
