Edward D. Jones & Co. and a fired employee have agreed to end her claims that the company discriminated against her in part because of her association with her mentally ill daughter.
All of the claims have been settled, said Judge Nelson S. Román of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York in a Monday order, as he discontinued the case without costs to either party.
