Education Department Blocked From Citing DEI to Reject Grants

A national education organization succeeded in its bid to have grant terminations set aside while it litigates its suit alleging the Education Department is unlawfully relying on the Trump administration’s anti-diversity, equity, and inclusion policies to block federal education grants that help low-income students.
