DuPont $1.18 Billion PFAS Settlement Gets Final Court Approval

DuPont de Nemours Inc., Chemours Co., and Corteva Inc. gained approval of a settlement with towns, cities, and local water agencies across the US to resolve nearly 100 consolidated lawsuits saying the chemical companies contaminated water systems with “forever chemicals.”
