DUAL North America Sues Executives Who Left To Start New Firm

DUAL North America Inc. has accused three former executives who led the company’s transaction solutions group of poaching employees and breaching their employment agreements when they left to start their own practice backed by a private equity firm.

The executives and Avesi Partners LLC, the private equity firm, “effectively torpedoed DUAL’s business while simultaneously salvaging from its wreckage the components necessary to build a new” practice “in the same competitive space,” the complaint says. “And they did it all while” the executives “were still accepting paychecks and benefits from DUAL.”
