DSV Air & Sea Settles Former Employee’s Discrimination Lawsuit

DSV Air & Sea Inc. resolved a lawsuit brought by a former worker who claimed she was subjected to a hostile work environment on the basis of sex and national origin.

The parties on Thursday filed a joint stipulation to dismiss the case with prejudice in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, after reporting a settlement in November.
