DSV Air & Sea, Inc. Hit With Ex-Worker’s Bias, Retaliation Suit

A former employee is suing DSV Air & Sea, Inc. alleging the global transport and logistics company harassed and discriminated against her on the basis of sex and national origin.

Iryna Slizhova claims her female supervisor mocked her Belarusian accent and made derogatory comments about her marital status, according to her complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
