Driven Brands Misled on Auto Glass, Car Wash Segments, Suit Says

Driven Brands Holdings Inc.—the holding company for several brands including Auto Glass Now and Meineke Car Care Centers—and two of its top executives allegedly misled investors about the integration of its auto glass business and the performance of its car wash business segment, a shareholder class action complaint said.
