Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare LLC can’t dodge most claims in a proposed class action suit alleging its product packaging, which includes a “C + Collagen” label, misleadingly represents that its products contain collagen.
Jami Kandel brought the suit after purchasing a $78 serum product in New York that she believed contained collagen. She said consumers are willing to pay a premium for products containing collagen, and she wouldn’t have bought the serum if she’d known it was missing.
