Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare LLC has agreed to settle claims its “C + Collagen” line was deceptively marketed for $9.2 million and discontinue the label.
The non-reversionary settlement, which follows four years of litigation, will give purchasers $50 per unit of product, according to the plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary approval of the settlement filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
