Dow Chemical Co. and a former human resources operations coordinator have settled claims that Dow discriminated and retaliated against him as he underwent treatment for stage IV colon cancer.
Joseph Gonzalez’s case was dismissed without prejudice Thursday, with Judge Keith P. Ellison of the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas saying he had been informed that all pending claims had been settled.
