A DoorDash Inc. job applicant in Washington, who is suing the company for failing to disclose its salary range on a job posting, doesn’t have standing to proceed with his claims in federal court.

Alexander Floyd applied for a job opening with DoorDash through LinkedIn and claimed the food delivery company didn’t disclose the wage scale or salary range, as required by Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunities Act.
