Don Lemon’s Suit Over Canceled X Show Returned to State Court

Former CNN host Don Lemon’s lawsuit against X Corp. and owner Elon Musk over an abruptly canceled show on the platform was returned to California state court where it was originally filed.

Federal Judge Maxine M. Chesney ruled that Musk improperly invoked federal jurisdiction to have Lemon’s case moved to the US District Court for the Northern District of California, where the billionaire tech mogul sought to have it moved to Texas federal court.
