Domino’s Pizza, Leaders Hit With Investor’s Suit Over Growth

Domino’s Pizza Inc. and two senior leaders allegedly misled investors on the growth of its largest master franchise, Domino’s Pizza Enterprise, according to a new lawsuit in a federal court in Michigan.

Domino’s, its chief executive officer Russell J. Weiner, and its chief financial officer Sandeep Reddy allegedly misled investors on the challenges DEP faced as to both new store openings and closures of existing stores, according to the lawsuit filed Sept. 20 in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
