Domino’s Must Face Wage Violation Class Action in State Court

Domino’s Pizza LLC will address a former employee’s wage violation claims in state court after not providing evidence backing how often it committed straight time and overtime infractions, a federal judge said.

The US District Court for the Northern District of California on Wednesday granted the former employee’s motion to remand his proposed class action back to superior court in Santa Clara County, Calif., and terminated without prejudice Domino’s’ motion to compel arbitration.
