Domino’s Delivery Drivers Again Told to Arbitrate FLSA Wage Suit

Domino’s Pizza Inc. delivery drivers must arbitrate their wage claims after a federal court found they had signed valid arbitration agreements.

Named plaintiff Brianne Sypniewski and three others comprised the third group to bring a proposed collective action against Domino’s for its alleged violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act for a failure to reimburse delivery drivers for the maintenance of their vehicles, dropping their pay below federal minimum wage. But like the plaintiffs before them, Sypniewski and the other plaintiffs here signed valid arbitration agreements, leaving the collective action without a named plaintiff, said Judge Laurie J.
