Dominion Financial Services LLC is headed toward trial after a federal magistrate judge on Thursday denied summary judgment for the mortgage lending company in a Black ex-worker’s discrimination suit.
Loan processor Shundra Anderson said she was wrongly accused of being rude to a customer. She was fired, but the White colleague Anderson said had actually been the one who’d been rude wasn’t terminated, according to court documents from the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
