Dollar Tree Settles Ex-Store Manager’s Medical Leave Bias Suit

Dollar Tree Stores Inc. and a former store manager agreed to end a lawsuit alleging the discount chain interfered with her rights to take medical leave.

Magistrate Judge William I. Arbuckle notified the court that the suit was settled without costs and without prejudice, according to an order signed by Judge Joseph F. Saporito Jr. for the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
