Dollar General Must Go to Trial on Claim Manager Raped Employee

Dolgencorp LLC , a subsidiary under Dollar General Corp, failed to convince a federal trial court to dismiss a suit by a former employee who alleged that her supervisor at a Dollar General store sexually harassed and raped her.

Dollar General said that the relationship between Carlee Piatt and supervisor Dakota Byrd was consensual. But Judge Michael P.
