Doctor’s Suit Over Rhode Island Vaccine Rules Is Nixed on Appeal

A Rhode Island oral surgeon lost his bid Friday to sue state officials for shutting down his practice after he spoke out against Covid-19 vaccine mandates.

Judge Sandra L. Lynch, of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, said that Rhode Island Gov.
