Twelve former workers within the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Office of Equity Assurance alleged the designation of their work as DEIA-related is causing irreparable harm to their careers and reputations. They aren’t likely to prevail on the merits of those claims, Judge Rudolph Contreras of the US District Court for the District of Columbia said during a Friday hearing denying their request for a temporary restraining order.
