The Trump administration can designate an office focused on ensuring veterans have equal access to benefits as related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, a federal judge ruled Friday.
Twelve former workers within the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Office of Equity Assurance alleged the designation of their work as DEIA-related is causing irreparable harm to their careers and reputations.
