DLA Piper Wins Spat Over $480,000 Attorney Fee Ruling

A technology company owes DLA Piper LLP more than $482,000 in sanctions and attorneys’ fees incurred as part of a legal malpractice lawsuit it brought against the firm, a New York appellate court ruled.
