Disney, Songwriter, Agree to End ‘Frozen II’ Song Copyright Suit

A copyright suit against the Walt Disney Co. and two composers alleging infringement over the song “Some Things Never Change,” which was featured in the animated movie “Frozen II,” was dismissed Tuesday.

A joint stipulation for dismissal with prejudice was granted in the US District Court for the Central District of California. No further details were available in the court’s docket. Neither party immediately responded to requests for details.
