Dish Beats Bid to Undo Worker Suit Dismissal Pending Arbitration

A former Dish Network LLC employee was denied reinstatement of his national origin and age discrimination lawsuit despite a recent US Supreme Court ruling that clarified the authority of judges to dismiss cases pending arbitration.
