Diligent Corp.'s settlement over the 2022 data breach where personal information of former and current workers was taken received preliminary approval from a federal judge.
“The total potential value of the Settlement is $714,000,” for an estimated 2,500 class members, Judge Analisa Torres of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said. The definitions for nationwide and California-specific classes cover all individuals affected by the breach.
