Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis can’t be sued by voters for firing elected progressive prosecutors, a federal court ruled.
Without “particularized injury” from DeSantis’ (R) orders to replace elected local officials, voters can’t bring claims that their First Amendment and other rights were dashed by swapping liberal Orlando-area State Attorney Monique Worrell with a conservative picked by the governor last August.
