Dentologie PC has settled a proposed class action alleging the dental-health provider disclosed patients’ personal information to Google LLC without their consent in violation of state and federal privacy laws.
The parties’ Jan. 12 joint notice of settlement in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois comes a month after Judge Thomas M. Durkin denied Dentologie’s motion to compel arbitration.
