Delta Won’t Face Class Action Over Short-Term Military Leave

A group of Delta Air Lines Inc. pilots lost their motion to certify two classes against the company in a suit over taking short-term leave for military service, though they can refile their request.

The two current named plaintiffs don’t have standing to pursue injunctive relief for pilots at Delta, said Judge Sarah E. Geraghty of the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in denying the class certification motion but granting leave to amend.
